From the Author
I’m a counsellor, nutritionist, health coach and author. I spent over 20 years working with people in a variety of settings, supporting them with their issues, ranging from mental health problems to weight loss. My specialties lie in giving my clients advice and emotional support, as well as guiding them to finding direction in the areas of life that they struggle the most.
I’m the author of several books on health and weight loss. In my books I’m sharing my knowledge and expertise with readers, and guiding them through easy and manageable steps. I love supporting my readers in achieving their health and weight loss goals, and live their best life.
My mission is to empower people to be less dependent on external factors, and to have more beliefs in themselves and their own choices, controlled by their own skills, ability, commitment, and motivation.
