You’ll have a lifetime access to this programme so you can go back to watching videos or read supported documents any time you like. More material will be added periodically.

If you wish, you can opt for receiving support from a nutritionist / health coach for the first 30 days of purchasing the programme. The support that you’ll receive will include a valuable two coaching calls where we’ll explore your issues and together we’ll look at how you can move forward to achieve your health and weight loss goals. I’ll help you make an action plan and encourage you to take the necessary steps so you can create healthy habits and reach your goals quickly.

You’ll be supported via calls, emails and texts, and you’ll receive a personalised meal plan that suits your dietary needs. During these 30 days, you’ll receive plenty of support and guidance. You’ll never feel alone as I’ll personally guide you every step of the way. That’s my promise to you!

During this period you’ll receive the support and motivation you need to achieve your goal whether it’s weight loss, gaining more energy, coping better with menopause or something else.

Each session is dictated by you and what you need. We’ll look at your current situation and focus on the goals that you want to achieve by exploring a variety of options that can help you get there.
