You’ll receive a valuable 2 coaching calls with me where we’ll explore your issues and together we’ll look at how you can move forward to achieve your goals. During these calls you’ll be supported to establish an action plan and be encouraged to take the necessary steps, so you can create healthy habits and reach your goals quickly. You’ll also receive emails/texts from me to support you and guide you during the first month of your weight loss journey.
