This is a six-month programme that will support you on your weight loss journey by giving you all the tools you need to develop a greater awareness of your negative behaviour around food.

Before they come to me, most of my clients are overwhelmed with life’s challenges and feel too tired and stressed to commit to self-care. It’s no wonder they experience an everyday battle with emotional and comfort eating. During our work together, they become aware of their issues and learn to create positive changes in their lifestyle and eating habits.

In this programme, we’ll explore the three main principles:

  1. Why you eat — looking at the psychology of eating, emotions around food, and behavioural patterns.
  2. What to eat — looking at the biology of the body and the practical side of eating. You’ll learn about blood sugar balancing, create an eating plan that’s manageable for you, and explore the obstacles that might prevent you from following the plan.
  3. Lifestyle — how to move the body more, improve sleep, reduce stress, and look at the obstacles.

You’ll be supported every step of the way. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you experience with your weight and unhealthy eating habits. You’ll receive support with creating a lifestyle and eating plan that’s manageable for you, so you can start losing weight and keep it off.
