Who am I?

I’m Silvana, and in my everyday work, I help women change their mindset around food, free themselves from the diet trap, and move from a place of stagnation to a place where they flourish and grow.

I take a holistic approach in my work, combining my background in psychology with my training in nutrition, coaching, and counselling. I’ve written many books focusing on health, weight loss, and well-being, helping my clients and readers live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives. 

Over a decade ago, my health issues got me interested in nutrition. I began to become aware of the importance of healthy eating and healthy living, together with their impacts on our bodies.

After being diagnosed with an underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism) and having medication prescribed for it — which didn’t help much — I started to research my condition. The more I learned about good nutrition and its benefits, the more I craved to expand my knowledge about it. This led me to study nutrition and train to become a health coach.

The knowledge I gained through my nutrition course and the coaching training was an essential addition to my practice. Along with my other knowledge and skills, it has helped me support my clients’ health and well-being in so many ways.

By integrating a 3-way approach — nutrition, counselling, and coaching — I can help my clients develop the right mindset, allowing them to take better care of themself and live more fulfilling lives.

Who am I?

I’m Silvana, and in my everyday work, I help women change their mindset around food, free themselves from the diet trap, and move from a place of stagnation to a place where they flourish and grow.
